Kenmore refrigerator

 I don't see any Kenmore manuals. I need to know how the door seal is attached and the procedure to replace it. Thanks

There are no kenmore service manuals.

I can not tell for sure looking at the diagram, but most of the newer refrigerator door gaskets just push into a channel around the door.

To remove it you would just pull it out of the channel and push the new one in place.

From page five of the LG service manuals.

Pull out the door gasket to remove from the door foam assembly.

 The seal does pull out except for 2 tricky clips that hold it on between the doors. They must make a special tool for those clips. I think those doors are over engineered and poorly designed. They don't seal very well. No magnets on the seals. 2 flimsy I guess you could call latches and a very light suction. The customer said if one door is left open a crack for a long time the food in the bottom freezer thaws out. It sure was a pretty refrigerator though. HaHa. Stainless steel sells.

 An LG appliance with the Kenmore name on it has a Kenmore model number. How do you reference that to the LG model number?
