Maytag not heating

I have a Maytag gdg23cd gas dryer, the original problem was the dryer would only heat for the first half of the cycle then the ignitor would glow but the flame would not appear.  There was always a "clicking" noise but no flame.  I installed a coil kit and now the ignitor glows and there is no flame or clicking noise.  Help, what should I check next?

Check the radiant sensor on the side of the burner flue. Unplug the dryer, remove the 2 wires on the sensor and touch them together briefly. Have someone plug the dryer back in while you carefully hold these wires by the insulation, and do not let them touch anything else but themselves. When the dryer is started, the ignitor should glow. Once it glows very brightly, allow the 2 wires to separate. If the gas valve opens, there's your problem. Be cautious handling live wires.

Make sure you have all your connections tight on the coil kit.

OK, I believe I found the problem.  In checking the connections to the coil wires, I noticed that I forgot to reconnect the plastic, two prong connector.  I've got fire now and am running a test cycle to make sure I have it the entire cycle.  Thanks for everyone's input, it's very much appreciated.

Yeah it is aggrevating how them coils connect. If you dont seat the connectors just right they will back off. Seen it.
