how did you determine it's "low heat". What was the temp reading from the exhaust vent on the back of the dryer when set to timed dry, high heat?

The customer complaint was it was taking too long to dry. Which is one of the symptoms in the manual

long dry times almost always are a venting concern when what you have posted all checks good. Remove the venting from the back of the unit get some temp readings. May even want to have the customer run a cycle of two with the vent detached and see if it works correctly. If so, venting... If not could be a thermistor issue.
How long is the venting?
When was the venting cleaned last?

Ok so the resistance between 2 & 3 doesnt matter that its higher than the manual says? I will check it out. Thanks

there could be an issue with the heater, it could be grounded, with out full knowledge of the heat output you only have half the story.

Lg uses a 2 stage heater. Both should read 20ohms. Sounds like you tested the two wrong terminals giving the heater ohm reading in series. Lg heaters just dont fail. Long dry times means bad venting, PERIOD.

Ok. I tested  1 and 2, 1 and 3, and 2and 3. Between 2 and 3 was like 40. But i see what you saying.
