drain/spin problem
« on: March 23, 2009, 02:13:35 PM »
We had a heavy load "jeans Sweatshirts" in the washer and it would not complete the wash cycle. At the rinse spin cycle the pump won't pump out the water and when the spin cycle starts it is slow then shuts down. I did the diagnostic test C00-08 and all function performed correctly. When we ran the machine empty the wash cycle went from start to finish as normal. We then put a lighter load in and it also worked correctly.  Before we did the diagnostic we got an error code "F02" Sud on the display. I followed the troubleshooting guide and none of the problems existed. Could it be a stretched belt.
Thanks
