Whirlpool Washer - No Agitate or Spin

Complaint:Washer will not agitate or spin.

I could hear the motor running during the agitate and spin cycle, but nothing under the lid was moving. If I put the washer on the drain cycle the water would pump out.

After removing the washer cabinet I noticed some black rubber on the floor with some other plastic pieces. This was the old motor couple. I removed the water pump and motor. Then installed the new motor coupler. Put the washer back together and everything worked great again.
