PHU201UK Modern Maid Range oven won't fire

Hello folks.  2 days ago my propane burning gas oven would not light.  The igniter was glowing red hot.  Tried the broiler which worked fine. Even though the oven igniter looked good the local appiance parts store said it could be the problem so I changed it.

Turned on the oven and it worked great.  Tried again 2 hours later and it wouldn't ignite.  Multimeter reads 118v going to the igniter. Connected the igniter straight to 120v and got nothing.  Returned the igniter and got a replacement.  Installed replacement and still nothing. Again tested the wires going to the igniter and now have 17~22v.  Broiler still works.

One more thing that may or may not be relevant.  After installing the 1rst igniter I turned the oven on Self Clean for 1 1/2 hrs.

Does anyone here have a suggestion on what to try next?

The voltage you are reading comes directly from the oven thermostat (NLA) thru the door lock switch to the  ignitor and gas valve. A technician would start at the thermostat to verify that there was 120 volts at the Bake terminal to neutral when Bake is selected. If there is, we know the problem lies between here and the ignitor, usually at the door switch. Only thing, you said the broil works fine, so the door switch may not be involved. Grab your meter and check the oven themostat.

There's also an outside chance that the coils in the gas valve on the bake side are messed up, causing a drop in voltage to the ignitor. Meter checks tell all.

0307378 is the part number on your oven thermostat, sadly it is not available any longer.

Thanks Repir-man, that was a great help in a way you may not have expected.  I went back to the oven to follow the voltage and discovered a loose wire I must have knocked off of the gas valve.  Plugged it in and all is good.
