I used the maintenance screen to pull an e54 code out. I purchased a new drive motor, and the same result no spin. I checked the power inverter, and on the 3 phase output no voltage on all legs. I checked input voltage on startup, and read 110v single phase on input. The fuse rang con tinunity. With no output out of the inverter and the relay picking up on the control panel I am confused on my next step. I know there is 6 wires feeding the control side of the inverter. I know 2 of them are tach feedback, and i am assuming the other 4 are board voltage and analog control. Is there a way to feed a direct signal to check the inverter, or maybe possibly the inverter isn't getting signal to spin. I can't seem to put my finger on the problem, and i have already spent 200 dollars on a new motor. The inverter is 200 and the main control board is 185, and this could turn into more to fix then to buy new. Is there a simply thing I have missed or do you know a way to verify the inverter or control board?
