ICE BUILD UP IN FREEZER

I have ice build up in the freezer that encases the bottom rack, I HAVE DEFROSTED THE DRAIN MANY TIMES IT KEEPS COMMING BACK. It leaks water on the floor. What do you think the problem is and how do I test to confirm that. Also Does anyone have a service manual for my unit? Any help would be great.

 It sounds like The drain hole in your freezer is clogged. The drain hole might be behind the freezer back panel. Defrost again completely and pour some water in the drain hole and see if it drains to the pan underneath. You might have to push a thin wire through the drain to unplug it.
