GE Dishwasher does not drain well

I have a Ge Dishwasher water is left in the bottom at the level of the heeting element. Does any one know what I need to do to find out what the problem is and how to fix it ?? Also does anyone have a service manual for that dishwasher (GSD3410Z02AA) I think it is the pump motor or the solonoid. Is there a way to tell what is wrong? Any help will be great.
