Maytag refrigerator Ice & water dispenser HELP

looks like I need to change out the switch that makes the water/ice come out (this is the on that the glass hits)  it stays on all the time and the only way to stop it is to push the lock switch...my problem is I have no idea where to start...is this done from the inside of the door or the outside???

a service manual would be great

yea thats what I have found...I took the screw out of the bottom of the face plate but still cant get it off
