dryer not drying clothes

I recently (2-3 mos ago) replaced the door gasket and belt, bearing-shaft and ball-hitch and while doing so cleaning out the machine & duct thoroughly of all lint.  There were no major obstructions.  My wife has recently complained that the dryer gets just as hot as it should for drying the clothes (and not too hot), but that it takes in excess of 60 minutes to get the load dry.  I need some help troubleshooting what the problem might be.  I don't know if I should completely rule out overloading, but want to know what else could be causing the problem.  Knowing that I've had the machine disassembled before, it seems like this could be an easy enough DIYer.  Any thoughts or troubleshooting tips?  Thanks

Look inside where the filter goes for obstrutions. Might be a fabric sheet got in there.

Is your washer spinning the laundry out really good?
Is it going in wetter than usual?

do you have plastic venting on the back?
you may have pushed the dryer back too far and crushed the venting

I have checked for obstructions, there are none.  We have a front load washer that spins the heck out of the clothes so they're not going in extra wet and our venting is rigid and is not crushed (and was recently cleaned out).  Any other ideas?  Thanks.

Remove the rear vent. Run the dryer on high heat with no laundry.
With a accurate thermometer check the exhaust temperature.
It should cycle from 135 to 160 degrees.
Try that test and report back.
