I believe this is a maytag neptune stacker, correct?

It seems like it should be a good model number, but for some I can not find anything on it.

If this is the neptune I would take a look at the motor control board for burnt parts.

Hi,

its mhw2000aww

I corrected the model number in your first post so it shows MHW2000AWW now.

We also uploaded the Service Manual for your stacker. I read in your other post you already had one, but maybe this will help someone else.

I don't see many timer problems with these washers. I would also take a close look at the motor board.

OK will check board, probably cant fix that with a hammer and a piece of pipe and parts from napa.
any idea why it works in the rinse, spin cycles but shuts down in the wash mode?
thank you

I actually have the same model and problem too.  Well, I'm not that handy with appliances so i had my friend fix it.  Luckily, it got fixed.
