Replacing the gear case

Have a Kenmore washer that is having a hard time with the spin cycle.  There's grease on the inside of the cabinet so I'm looking at replacing the gear case, clutch and the copular while I'm down there.  How hard is it to change out the gear case?  Anyone know of any videos showing how to replace it?

The Whirlpool DVD shows all about replacing the gearcase and the drive tube also. If it has been leaking awhile down the center tube, a new brake/drive tube will also be needed.
