RS2530bsh Samsung Refrigerator

Refrigerator side freezes up. Freezer side works OK. Ref. side warm.

If you have frost on the back side of the freezer then your defrost system needs attention. It most likely is a heater but it might be a sensor.

Frost does not build up in freezer, it builds up on evaporator on refrigerator side.

You have one of those double chill models. The likely culprit is the defrost thermistor on the refridgerater side. Check the heater for continuity if it is Ok then replace the thermistor they're relatively cheap.
