Their are 3 bolts holding the pump on. You will need a 3/8Th's socket or nut driver also a pair of pliers to get the squeeze clamps on the hoses off. The pump comes right off easy as pie. If water is in the washer get a bucket and lower the drain hose,let gravity flow as much of it out as you can and then have some towels to catch any water that comes out when you get the drain hose and tub hose off the pump. Easy fix.
