Sounds to me like you have the motor in a bind. If you jammed the coupling up against the tranny it might be the reason for the electrical smell.

Thanks everyone who is helping me here.

Is there a possibility of Tramsmission failure too? any video or diagram to replace clutch ?

The clutch mounts on top the tranny. The liner comes right out when you squeeze the spring. You ain't gotta buy the whole clutch. their is a liner kit for half the price.
