How do you remove the front panel of the GE Profile Washer

Diagram to remove front panel to inspect belt/motor....any ideas where to look?

On this particular machine the top is bolted down to the frame so you must get the front panel off first before the top can come up. Use a putty knife to release the spring clips, tilt the front panel towards you, and lift it out yer way.
