incomplete drain during permanent press cycle

My 80 series washer does not completely drain at the end of the cycle for permanent press only.  This does not happen on any other cycle.  I have replaced the timer.  Any suggestions?

By your description, you may have pump issues, such as debris in the intake area. Since the problem seems to happen only on Perma Press (slow  spin speed) we can assume the pump cannot empty the tub on low speed, hence it must be blocked or broken internally. Remove your cabinet and inspect the pump hoses & pump.
