I have done everything that said for me to do. :embarassed: Now i look at the coupling and they still look new. The connection on the control panel were just dirty and I clean them out with a wire brush. Now when I went to the motor I did see this a rubber piece around it look at the pictures

Ok it's working  but it only want to spin with a small amount of clothing in it. why doesn't it want to spin with alot of clothing while it's draining out the water now.

that rubber piece is a vibration damper and that pin is a shipping pin. have you yanked the pump and motor off and took the coupling off to examine it?

Look in the pump and see if a small piece of clothing got in there.

Ya'll sure waste a lot of web space just to get to the point... :)

If it won't spin with a bunch of clothes in it, but it will if empty, you need a new clutch kit.

30 bucks
30 minutes

OK, I'll buy the "running in circles" excuse, but PUH-leeze don't pull that "I'm just a woman" stuff with me .....

On my forum, I have over 4,000 examples of women who became successful appliance goddesses overnite :)

I have faith in everyone...come to think of it, you gals do seem to beat around the bush a bit, but we eventually come to a mutual understanding .

That washer was built with a woman repairperson in mind. Engineers decided to build a washer that was easily fixed without removing it to save backs and allow  for female techs to work on this one. I read it somewhere in appliance tech news I swear it. Once you remove the case everything is easily inspected. Any moron with a pair of pliars and a screwdriver can completley overhaul this here particular washer. I am living proof :D

OMG! my hubby was lazy and he hire someone to fix the washer. Now the only problem was the washer wasn't spinning out the water. Now the person claim it was the tranmission and my washer isn't even washing full load of clothes at a time. The person say for us to wash 4 jeans at a time, and shirt to put like 8. Huh  :tickedoff: this person is also claim now that it isn't washing the Dual Action it's the Dog Agitator. There is nothing and I mean nothing wrong with those Dog Agitator. I took that whole part apart and check everythign and saw every pictures of the way the parts look and it's all intact.  :tickedoff: I want kill my hubby for not doing thw work himself cause now I'm arguing with the worker who fix the washer cause he refuse to come and even look at it. Now I need someone to really help me. My washer is not doing the Dual Action thing to wash my clothes? Also it's isn't spininng when you put too much clothes in the washer? Can someone help and explain what i can do to fix it the right way.
