Hello.Im changing my wire from a 3 prong to a 4 prong and have a question about the ground.there is a green wire hooked up to the ground screw that goes inside the dryer.I followed it and it connects to the white neutral terminal wire.How do I hook up the ground from my new 4 prong plug.Some people say this green wire is a jumper and should be removed.Thanks Vern

just hook white to the middle and red and black to either side then connect the green to the frame.
