blows safety thermostat

3 weeks ago went on a no heat call for a samsung design maytag dryer . I found an open TH3 safety thermost  which I changed . Also changed  the TH1 duct temp thermostat and thermistor . I also made sure vent was clear,heater wasn't grounding out ,felts ok and blower cover gasket ok . I cleaned the vent ( wasn't linted anyways ) . After 3 weeks the heat failed again and the TH3 safety thermo was open again . Any ideas ...Has anyone had this happen ...should I change the high limit It shouldn't  trip the high limit to start with . Thanks

Fuses will blow continuosly until you remove lint blockage
from vents & dryer

Test the dryer off the vent with a thermometer to see if it cycles properly. If it does it's a vent issue.
