Hi my electric dryer when turned on stays on light indicator "bulky items" or "casual" won't let me switch to other dryer options ie. normal dry etc.  any suggestions???

My best guess would be a bad interface, pull the tech sheet in the unit, look in the console area perhaps, and it will show you how to run some diagnostics on this dryer....
