Performa Dryer Dead Will Not do anything

I have verified that it is wired correctly to the posts.  There is not a circuit breaker issue as my other dryer works fine.  What is the first place to start on a repair?  Is there a fuse that would be common that would cause the entire dryer not to work?

You need to replace the thermal fuse and hi-limit thermostat.

Check for lint buildup in front of the blower and a loose blower. The fuse mounts on the side of the heater housing.
