Service manual was a great help.  Trying to replace the basket.  Wife put in a mop head with a metal rod and destroyed the basket.  Having problems removing the hub nut.  Turning in the correct direction based on the arrow, but it is not budging.
Used WD40 overnight.  No help.  Any suggestions?

We use a special spanner tool to remove that nut. Works every time. If you are attempting this with a large Crescent wrench or pipe wrench, you'll need to tap it in the direction of the arrow with a large hammer.
