Noisy bathroom exhaust fan?
mrdiy:
The exhaust fan in our bathroom is really noisy. I would guess the motor bearing has gone bad.
The fan maybe around 30 years old. Is it worth trying to find a replacement motor or should I just go to Menard's and by a whole new exhaust fan?
Mr. Fix-It:
Buy a new one you'll never find a replacement motor.

That's what I was thinking too.
Anything special I should look for when buying a new one?
I don't want to go all out, but I hate to buy the cheapest thing too.
Thanks for the reply
Mr. Fix-It:
High cfm and low noise.
mrdiy:
What is cfm?
