 How are you?today after I watched your video again maybe I get some differrance. My washer the noise as 2 metal touch and the sound "queck queck" it is not "tich tock" and it is very loudy. please help me out. thank you again.

You will need to look at the brake and transmission to see were the sound is coming from.

Could you post a video of the washer making the noise?
