Maytag Washer only drains when spinning, not before

Hello, I have an old Maytag A308 Washer that just started having troubles with the draining.  It no longer drains between the agitation and the spin cycle.  The timer clicks, but nothing happens.  I checked the belts/motor, and the motor doesn't even come on to turn the belts during this time.  I checked all wires, and they are tight.  I also checked the control switch on top of the motor, and when the drain timer comes on, all wires from main board behind control knob are hot.

You need a 205001 timer.
