Clothes are still to wet when washer is done
longj02:
WE RUN THE WASHER ON THE NORMAL CYCLE, AND WHEN THE CYCLE IS DONE THE CLOTHES ARE STILL TO WET. WE STARTED TO NOTICE THIS WHEN WE HAD TO RUN THE DRYER 2 OR 3 TIMES TO GET THE CLOTHES DRY. THE DRYER MODEL IS LER3624EQ1. THE CLOTHES ARE NOT SOPPING WET, BUT IT STILL SEEMS TO WET. IT MAYBE ME AND THE DRYERS THE PROBLEM. I DON'T KNOW. HOPE YOU CAN HELP. THANKS
Model Number: LXR9245EQ1

Can you tell if the machine is spinning well? Usually you can press the lid switch lever down with something and watch it spin.
longj02:
YES IT IS SPINNING FINE. I ALSO CHECKED THE DRAIN HOSE ON THE BACK OF THE WASHER FOR KINKS. NONE WERE FOUND.

Hi,
Please don’t use ALL-CAPS when posting.
It not only makes your post harder to read, but using all caps is the equivalent of shouting online.
thanks,
Repair-man:
If it is "spinning fine", then the clothes would not be wet, right?
You need to see if the machine is actually performing the spin cycle on its own, not when you manually raise and lower the lid. If it will not spin properly during a normal wash cycle, perhaps the timer is skipping an important pause.
