Water Leak need to take off the top to get to it

Seen on another web site what is causing the problem and you gave the answer thats how i found this site. What i need to know is how to take the top off to get to it to fix it. Never worked on a Matag and it is not letting me take off the top like i have others. Its a matag washer serial #LA512.

You simply remove the 2 screws at the bottom of the front panel, as I am doing on the Maytag dryer below. They are a matching set...
The front panel will swing out from the bottom and drop off of 2 clips on the top panel. Afterwards, remove 2 3/8" bolts from under each corner of the main top to raise the top up.
The leak is likely coming from the  injector valve on the upper left side of the tub. This repair information is in the Maytag Dependable Care manual.
