Lower spray arm remove

I am having trouble with a kenmore Ultra dishwasher 3 to 4 years old. there is a lot of movement in the lower spray arm (very wobbly) I think it may need to be replaced. Can any one tell me how to remove the arm? I have turned the plastic button or nut in the center of the arm but no success. How does it come off?

Hold the wash arm and turn the gray nut CLOCKWISE till it is loose then lift off the arm.

I have the Kenmore Elite and this is how mine is removed.
