Frigidaire Electrolux diswasher not draining

My dishwasher has dirty water standing in it. Can't get it to drain. I made sure there was nothing in the bottom of the machine clogging it but not sure what to do next.

If you have a disposal make sure nothing is clogged at the connection.

When you put it in a drain cycle. do you hear the pump come on?   If not, replace the pump.   If so, you most likely have a clogged drain line.    Tom

I keep reading about drain issues with dishwashers & the number 1 problem I see is a plugged air gap. It's the chrome cap by the faucet on top of the sink. In Sonoma County (CA.)it is required by code. Remove the cap, remove the cover & clear the obstruction.
