Tumble dryer

I have a Creda tumble dryer model TVR2. The motor is running but the drum doesn't turn. I think the belt is loose or broken. I tried to take the back panel off and removed all screws from around the edges, but something was still holding the panel. Any help/advice would be appreciated.
