Maytag Side By Side Fridge - Water Leak

Hi, I have a side-by-side Maytag fridge (psb215grw) for about 7 yrs now. Couple of months now, we realized that the fridge has been leaking water somehwere down in the base of the fridge.

We check a couple of things to see what could cause the leak

- Our seals around the door is in good condition
- The fridge / freezer is cold enough

Here are a couple of things we noticed
- in the freezer, we occasionally see water dripping inside from the lower back
- we recently discover that the Air Return assembly located in the fridge crisper came off. we just put it back the other day.

Does anyone know what couldd be causing this leak in our fridge?

 Check the defrost water drain hole and drain tube located on the bottom back of the freezer. It is probably clogged and frozen. The drain hole might be behind the freezer back panel.
