whitest whites setting takes 2.5 to 3 hrs to finish

the whitest whites setting should take 110 minutes but it has been taking about 3 hours to finish. It will run normal till it hits 1 min, then it will stay there for a long long time.

Also does anybody else's washer stink when on the whitest whites setting??? this one does.

any clues??? this thing has washed and still does wash alot of loads, all I have done to it is put in a new pump.  the diagnostics don't come up with any codes.

Does your machine function normally on "ALL" other settings?

yeah works as it should on all other settings

Hot & cold water working right? Could be a water heating delay? If your water temp is low or hoses reversed it will wait for the temperature to get up before advancing.

if it was a water temp deal then why does it go idle at the end of the cycle, it literally takes an hour and a half for the last 1 min to come off the screen and the door unlocks and its finally done.

Unlocking
Unlocking will occur only under the following conditions:
1. The drive motor speed equals 0 or the time since the drive motor STOP command has
been sent to the Motor Control Unit is greater than 180 seconds.
2. The time since the inlet valve was CLOSED is greater than five (5) seconds.
3. If the temperature of the water is greater than 122°F (50° C), the water will be drained before unlocking will occur.
4. If the water level is higher than the wash level in the Delicate, Wool or Handwash cycles, the water will be drained before unlocking will occur.

maybe the Temperature Sensor is bad ?
maybe the Water Level Sensor is bad ?
