Imagine getting a text message on your phone, notifying you that your load of laundry is ready for the dryer.

Whirlpool is currently following the invention of one man who modified his washer so that is send a message to his “Twitter” account letting him know his laundry is ready.

Hm-m-m...so this tells us he spends all day on Twitter and has no other life :)

If the machine kicks out on off-balance and stops all day, wonder if it tells him?
