it runs the same without exhaust which is clear. I have another dryer that I ran on the circuit no issues. The problem is within the dryer something that controls the temp with the element. Anyone have a manual to repair this particular dryer? PDF?
I will agree with you. Why have you not replaced the thermostat on blower housing? It tells the element what to do. The element is stupid, it know's nothing!!! It just know to do what it is told. Sort of like me, and my wife. LOL!!! If you get some heat, we know the element is good, so the only thing that tell the element what to do is the operating thermostat which is located on the blower housing, or the high limit thermostat, which is mounted on the heating element, which will only come into play, when the vent is clogged, and you made multiple points, that the vent is clear.
