Can I leave the refrigerator going?

No, turn it off, unplug it, clean it out and leave the doors open so it can air out.

If I do will it hurt the compressor?

Maybe

It is still blowing some cold air.

It won't be for long, turn it off.

Then the compressor is bad.

At this point you would need to replace the compressor to repair it.
You would need to have a technician do the work and unless the compressor is under warranty it's not going to be worth the cost to repair it.

Sorry man, it was worth a try.
Unless you had a meter to ohm out the compressor trying a new start relay was the only thing to do.
