Maytag electric dryer won't heat

Checked voltage going to dryer: 240 V. The vent is open, no obstruction. The thermal fuse has continuity, so do all the heating elements. It looks like there's no power going to the thermal fuse (how do I check it?). There's no tech sheet anywhere. HELP!

I tried to find the tech sheet on the web (it didn't come with the machine!), but the model number is nowhere to find for Maytag. I finally found it under Whirlpool. It turns out it's a Whirlpool dryer after all! (Despite the fact that the machine and the manual both say it's a Maytag.)
The motor runs and it blows air OK. The thermal fuse does, the thermistor doesn'
t have continuity. Could that be a problem? I'll try to replace it if I can find the part somewhere (AP3919451).

These fancy dryers have a thermistor to judge drum temperature. But they also have two metal strips mounted inside near the filter housing that measure the capacitance of the clothes to determine dryness. Try cleaning them.
