You already have that specific info!! Look inside the control panel for the tech sheet that Maytag places in all MDE5500 dryers. Has all the diagnostic info you need o check the controls, etc.

Your exactly right Repair-man I don't know what I was thinking and this is the correct manual . I guess after 30 years of repairing appliances I'm getting dumber rather than smarter . It must be the cold weather up here numbing my brain . Thanks for the help !

 :2funny:  hilarious ,try driving your service van and toating your tools thru that .I spend more time taking my boots gloves hat and coat off than fixing the appliance ,and if you need to go to the truck for a part it starts all over again .
