New ignitor, now oven ignites with a woooooosh

Brand new ignitor from sears, part number exactly as in manual.  Now the first cold ignition ignites with a roar, actually shakes what is on the stove      all following ignitions to keep up temp  thump a bit but not nearly as bad as the initial startup.

shakes sounds like a explosion lol try adjusting ignitor closer to burner had that happen to me once

The flame should go no higher than halfway up the spreader.

Sounds like you may need to adjust the air shutters a bit more closed on the bake burner.

adjusted shutter a bit, seemed to ignite quietly with nice blue flame, was blue before with yellow tips so I hope this does it.  I will let it cool down and try it fresh tomorrow.
