hot water inlet

Dear repair gurus
I just cut out the hot water inlet of my cloth washing machine. I have not a nearly hot water outlet, so I decided to bypass this section and just use cold water for my clothes washing machine. Does my washing machine have a mechanism for heating cold water for programs like 90c or 60c?
