control panel seems loose

I just got this washer and the control panel seems loose on the left end as you face the washer.
How do I get the end covers off the check for loose or missing screws? They seem to be attached differently then on our old washer.

The newer models have a sleeve over the screw. Some models have a screw in the rear on bote sides.
