Kenmore Series 90 washer won't fill

Ok, today I noticed it only happens when someone opens the lid.  otherwise it stops normal. interesting.  It sounds like the tub is hitting the panel when it spins though. I read the manual ane I think I missed a step upon re-assembly. the cabinet seems to move excessively.  I did not turn the tabs things in the back when i put it back together. I will fix that tomorrow.  Thanks for all you guys help.
