Whirlpool Oven Light Not Working

Hi. Our oven light went out some time ago and after replacing the bulb and no progress was made I took the rear of the oven apart. I have replaced the light housing assembly because there was signs of arching and the parts guy said that its a common occurrence with this model. Still no luck. I hear the relay clicking on when I open the oven door and it also clicks on when I press the button on the control panel. My volt meter reads "0" volts when I switch it on of off. I am at a loss... what else could it be?

burned paths on Controller circuit board, bad Contacts inside the Relay...

Just looked at the board... no visible burns. The relays are soldered onto the control board.

Is there an available diagram or trouble shooting guide for the control board? Anyone know what a control board is worth?

the Relays could be replaced if you could find some replacements and solder them onto the board.
