MESSAGE ERROR F 30 WASHER WHIRLPOOL DUET SPORT 2007

Dear Sir,
 
I have a Whirpool duet sport washer 2 years old without warranty.
I got the message F30. I undid the top of the washer and I can see that the mortor is in good shape. The only problem is between the motor of the diperser and the dispenser. When the machine need some product  the plastic connecter pull the things  too high and the dispenser start to make a noise. When I push down by hand  this piece of plastic, it continue like normal.
Do you think I have to change the dispenser? or I have to change just the part between the motor and the dispenser?

Dude, you posted the same question on my forum and I asked you for the model number. 3 days have passed and still no model number.

Gillaume, we need the model to research the correct part and give you a proper diagnosis. The F30 means you need a new dispenser motor assembly, not the entire dispenser. Only with the proper model number will we get to the right  parts. The model is just inside the door.
