Well the verdict is in, and it took me about 1 hour to replace the motor coupling.  I did it by tipping the machine over.  With the wife holding on to the tranny and me onto the motor, the free hand was lining up the rubber coupling.  Right now taking it for a test run and after 3 minutes in the agitating cycle machine is now starting to squeek a bit and it sounds as if its coming from the rear. Now as I'm typing, the squeeking has stopped and all is well!!!
