Try mer577?aaq instead and look it up on the left. You forgot the last number in the model. (I assume it is zero)

Out of the 300 or so that I have replaced, I saw no problems. It's a very straightforward repair. The top is held down by 2 screws under the front edge and lifts off after unplugging the harness. From there, it's a big element swap.
Tip:
Remove the new top from the package and place it upside down on the carton. Use the wrapping it came in to lay on the floor next to it and place the old top upside down there. Makes it a 15-minute job taking out 1/4" screws.
