Thermador Double Convection Oven

After the power came back on from Ike our Thermador Double oven looks like it has no juice to it.  We have checked the breakers of course and the matching cooktop which is on the same circuit works just fine.  Is there a reset switch or a relay that may have been blown?

Looks like it has no juice? Want to touch a couple of wires and find out?

Some of them do have a thermal fuse in the control panel, in line with the electronic control. It looks like a wire with a metallic resistor in it. There should be full continuity thru such a part if your model has it. Asking a technical question around here without providing a model number won't get you much help

Having an oven and a separate cooktop on the same circuit is illegal (code-wise) in most states.

We're going to pull it out of the wall to see if we can locate the model #.  Definitely will use ou handy dandy circuit tester to check the voltage.  The damn thing weighs as much as a Toyota so this ought to be interesting.  Thank you for your assistance.  It worked fine after the hurricane, then they turned to power off to replace an adjacent transformer and when they turned the juice back on...the over didn't come on at all.

I have run into a number of lost neutral circuits lately.
When the PC changed the transformer they may have loosely connected a wire causing this.
If you do not find your problem internally contact the power company for a line evaluation.
