Buying a new dishwasher in the $300-350 , recommendations ?

I am replacing a  dead Whirlpool DU980 which lasted 10 years . I am looking purchasing one of the following models in the $300-$350 ( "on sale" ) price range -
Aman AB1500W , Maytag MDB4621 , MDB4651 , Whirlpool DU930, DU1055 .  I am looking mainly for a machine that cleans well and is durable  . Extra features are not important . A tall tub not a must and a standard tub model would even be preferable if were more durable . Any recommendations on these or other models in that price range are appreciated .

Much as GE sucks these days I would go with a potscrubber without the bells and whistles.

Another possibility that I would consider is a mechanical timer model (more reliable ?) . However it, seems that now most those are built more cheaply (poor cleaning, flimsy  racks minimal sound insulation )  like for apartments etc  .

Go with the cheapest non-electronic model you can find.
