The motor runs and them it dries and shuts-off at the end of the cycle

That's correct no water is entering on the rinse cycle. However, I just started the machine on the Heavy wash cycle and let it run about 5 min., then I  canceled /drain the Heavy cycle and when it finshed draining and cycled off, I started the Rinse Only cycle and it rinsed, drained and dried.

You pretty much eliminated everything but the electronic control when you did that.

Wanna know how?

  If one cycle works, yet another will not, there can be only one recourse...replace the control module. Use your model number to find the control in the parts lookup on the link below in red.
